Can you believe it's already August 2nd?? I know many of you are headed back to school next week, I wish you luck for your first day with kiddos!
I head back August 17th and my kiddos return August 26th. Don't be too mad at me...when next summer rolls around and you get out several weeks before me, it'll all work out!!

We watched 'Run All Night' with Liam Nieson, it was a really great movie even though I wasn't crazy about the ending! If you like action movies, you'll enjoy this one!!

I go back August 25th! I've been thinking that I should start setting my alarm to get used to getting up early, but so far I haven't been able to actually do that. Maybe if I went to bed earlier that would help. :)

I haven't been able to do it yet either! I keep staying up way past my 'school year' bed time and I'm hoping it won't all catch up with me when school starts in a few weeks and I have to get up all crazy early!!

Erin, your back to school ideas are so sweet! I'm sure your teammates love that. I just got my new back to school do and I went a little shorter. It was nice to cut some inches off! I am also grateful that I have a few more weeks left of summer. I'm still in denial it is August, so baby steps, haha! Have fun back to school shopping! :)
ReplyDeleteI think I'm going to be going shorter too! I've lost so much hair since the accident it makes sense to chop off the ends!! :-) I can't believe it's August already either!! I'm freaking out trying to figure out how to set up my classroom with a broken ankle that won't allow me to move furniture or climb ladders to hang things up!! EEKK!!

I am needing a haircut too, but my gal is on maternity to leave so it is not going to happen before we go back to school. I too need to be getting to be earlier, I only have a few more days before teacher pd days start. Hopefully you will find some nice back to school clothes! Have a great week!

I don't blame you for waiting for your fave stylist to come back!! Trusting someone enough to cut your hair is a big deal, don't wanna let just anyone at you with a pair of scissors!! I've gotta start training myself to sleep like a normal person again or my butt will definitely be kicked when school starts!

I need a haircut and back to school clothes too. I just love your polka dot pal! What all do you put in your treat bags? I usually add some chocolate for sanity and sanitizer for good health along with some supplies. :)
ReplyDeleteIsn't shopping for new school clothes so much fun?? :-) I love my Pal too, thank you so much!! Lauren did a really amazing job and I couldn't be happier!! My treat bags are more like gift bags. This year each of my team mates are going to get a pack of 12 Mr. Sketch scented markers, a new pack of multi-colored Flair pens, the book 'Adventure Annie Goes to Kindergarten', and a few other things like chocolate and 'hanitizer'. I LOVE Bath and Body Works hand sanitizer!
